Experience & Skills:

• 2+ years of storm restoration / insurance roofing experience
• 2+ years of sales management experience

Responsibilities:

• Hire, train, and lead a team of storm restoration representatives
• Manage team mentors and sales representatives, conducting daily check-ins and weekly training sessions
• Work closely with the VP of Storm to hit sales targets

Compensation & Perks:

• Expected potential earnings of $150,000+ in your first year and potential upwards of $250,000+ in year 2

Pay: $125,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
